General Event Conduct

• All attendees, vendors, artists, performers, staff, and volunteers must behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.
• Disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate behaviour will result in removal without refund or compensation.
• South of England Ink Fest is a family-friendly event. Offensive language, imagery, or conduct is prohibited in public areas.
• All applicable laws related to alcohol, smoking, age restrictions, and public safety must be adhered to.
• Anti-social behavior, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

2. Tattoo Convention Policy

• Tattooing is strictly for individuals aged 18 and over. Valid government-issued photo ID is required.
• All clients must sign a consent form before receiving a tattoo.
• Artists are responsible for managing their own bookings, consent forms, and aftercare instructions.
• No illegal, offensive, or discriminatory tattoos will be permitted.

3. Car Show Policy

• All vehicles must be pre-registered and approved by the event team.
• Vehicles must arrive by the assigned setup time and remain in place during show hours.
• Engines must remain off unless participating in an approved showcase.
• No burnouts, reckless driving, or engine revving is permitted.
• Owners are responsible for their vehicle's security and presentation.

4. Entertainment & Performance Policy

• All entertainment acts must submit performance details and risk assessments prior to the event.
• Fire and acrobatic performers must comply with fire safety regulations and perform only in approved areas.
• Sound and lighting setups must be cleared by the event production team.
• The assault course is restricted to ages 16+ and requires signed waivers.
• Fairground rides must be operated by certified personnel and meet all UK safety standards.
• The entertainment schedule is subject to change based on weather or safety conditions.

5. Bar & Alcohol Policy

• Alcohol will only be served to attendees 18 and older. ID is required.
• No external alcohol may be brought into or taken out of the venue.
• The bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed intoxicated or inappropriate.
• Anyone found distributing alcohol to minors will be removed and reported.
• Alcohol consumption must be kept within designated areas.

6. Catering & Food Vendors

• Waste must be properly sorted and disposed of at designated stations.
• No open flames or gas appliances may be used without prior approval.

7. Traders & Merchants

• All traders must register with the event team and provide public liability insurance.
• Only pre-approved products may be sold. No weapons, adult content, or illegal goods.
• Stalls must remain within allocated space and be kept tidy at all times.
• Traders are responsible for handling their own transactions and customer service.
• South of England Ink Fest is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

8. Staff & Volunteer Policy

• Staff and volunteers must:
• Volunteers must be 18+ and may not consume alcohol while on duty.
• Any breach of conduct may result in dismissal.

9. Tickets, Payments & Refunds

• Tickets must be purchased through official outlets.
• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
• Wristbands must be worn at all times for re-entry.
• Payments made onsite are the responsibility of individual vendors and may vary in terms.

10. Charity Raffle

• Tickets can be purchased at the event.
• Prizes include tattoo vouchers, merchandise, and premium goods.
• Winners will be announced publicly and must claim prizes by the end of the event.
• All proceeds will be donated to our chosen charity partners.

11. Safety & Emergency Procedures

• First aid stations are available and clearly marked.
• In an emergency, follow staff instructions and use designated exits.
• Lost children or missing persons should be reported immediately to the info tent.
• Fire exits and access routes must remain clear at all times.

12. Accessibility

• We strive to make the event accessible to all. Please contact us in advance for specific access needs.
• Mobility aids, accessible toilets, and priority viewing areas will be available.

13. Photography & Media

• Attendees may be photographed or recorded for promotional use.
• Notify staff at entry if you do not wish to be included in any event media.
• Press or professional photographers must be approved and badged.

14. Liability Disclaimer

• South of England Ink Fest is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.
• Attendees, vendors, and performers enter and participate at their own risk.
• All participants are responsible for their own equipment, setup, and insurance.
