General Event Conduct
- All attendees, vendors, artists, performers, staff, and volunteers must behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.
- Disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate behaviour will result in removal without refund or compensation.
- South of England Ink Fest is a family-friendly event. Offensive language, imagery, or conduct is prohibited in public areas.
- All applicable laws related to alcohol, smoking, age restrictions, and public safety must be adhered to.
- Anti-social behavior, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
2. Tattoo Convention Policy
- Tattooing is strictly for individuals aged 18 and over. Valid government-issued photo ID is required.
- All clients must sign a consent form before receiving a tattoo.
- Artists are responsible for managing their own bookings, consent forms, and aftercare instructions.
- No illegal, offensive, or discriminatory tattoos will be permitted.
3. Car Show Policy
- All vehicles must be pre-registered and approved by the event team.
- Vehicles must arrive by the assigned setup time and remain in place during show hours.
