Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Information

  • Processing Times: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to selected countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we are here to help.

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

- Open or used care items (e.g skincare, tattoo aftercare)

- Custom or personalised items

- Gift cards

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Refunds: Once we recieve and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-10 buisness days.
