South of England Ink Fest – Artist & Studio Agreement
By participating in the South of England Ink Fest, I, on behalf of the named Artist(s) and Studio, agree to the following terms and conditions:
Liability and Documentation
I hereby release South of England Ink Fest, it's organisers, staff and affiliates from any and all claims, actions, liabilities or demands arising from tattoo procedures, personal injuries, equipment damage, or theft occurring within the work area.
Health, safety and hygiene standards
I agree to maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene while working at the event. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Verifying the age of all clients using valid ID to ensure they are 18 years or older.
- Ensure all clients sign a consent form before receiving a tattoo.
- Provide clear, accurate and up to date
aftercare advice to every client. - Practicing strict hygine protocools including:
- Regular hand washing and hand sanitising
- Wearing disposable gloves and changing them between every client
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and sterile workstation at all times
- Covering all surfaces to prevent cross-contamination and replacing covers between each client
- Use only single use disposable equipment
- Disposing of used needles and hazardous waste safely in the sharps bins and clinical waste bags provided
Agreement
Upon acceptance of my application to work at the South Of England Ink Fest, I confirm that I have read and understand all the terms above.
I agree to comply fully with the safety and operational procedures outlined out by the South Of England Ink Fest
I understand that failure to follow these standards may result in removal from the event without refund or compensation.
Trader Terms
South of England Ink Fest – Trader Agreement
By participating in the South of England Ink Fest, I, on behalf of the person and business named below, agree to the following terms and conditions:
Liability Waiver
I understand and accept that the South of England Ink Fest, its organizers, staff, and affiliates will not be held responsible for any claims, actions, or demands arising from my participation in the event, including but not limited to accidents, damage, loss, or theft occurring within my trading area.
Licensing & Insurance
I agree to:
- Provide all relevant licenses, permits, and documentation required to trade legally at the event.
- Supply proof of valid public liability insurance if applicable.
Booth Conduct & Compliance
I agree to:
- Keep my stall area clean, tidy, and safe throughout the event.
- Operate within my allocated space provided by the organizers.
- Refrain from selling alcohol, weapons, or any items deemed inappropriate or offensive by the event team.
Acceptance of Terms
By accepting this agreement, I acknowledge that I am entering into a binding arrangement with the South of England Ink Fest and agree to fully comply with the rules, policies, and expectations as outlined above. I understand that failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund or compensation.
Caterer Terms
South of England Ink Fest – Caterer Terms
On behalf of the named individual and company, I agree to release South of England Ink Fest, its organizers, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, actions, or demands arising from participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, accidents, damages, or theft occurring within my designated work area.
I further agree to:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic workspace throughout the event.
- Operate within the parameters of my allocated pitch and respect surrounding vendors and event infrastructure.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, as required by law and by the event organizers.
