I agree on behalf of the Artists and Studio named to release South of England Ink Fest from any and all claims, actions, and demands that may arise from tattooing procedures, damages, accidents, or theft in the work area.

I agree to provide valid copies of my license from my local council and a valid copy of my public liability insurance.

I agree to follow all safety and hygiene procedures outlined whilst working at the South of England Ink Fest:

• ID clients to ensure they are 18 or over.
• Get all clients to sign a consent form before they receive their tattoos.
• Provide all clients with accurate aftercare advise.
• Wash/ sanitise hands frequently.
• Use disposable gloves and change gloves for each customer.
• Keep work stations clean and tidy. covering all surfaces to prevent cross contamination, changing all coverings for new clients.
• dispose of used needles and hazadous waste in the sharps bins and bags provided.
• Only use one use disposable equipment.

I understand by accepting I am entering into an agreement with South of England Ink Fest and I agree to the terms as they have been presented.
